DOT Non-Bulk
The requirements of the DOT regulations are relative to US domestic hazardous materials transportation. Hazardous materials training must be completed within 90 days of a person being assigned to perform a job function that affects transportation. Refresher training is required every three years for all hazmat personnel. This online training is appropriate for personnel who directly handle or prepare non bulk hazardous materials shipments, and meets the general awareness, function specific, and security awareness requirements of the 49CFR, Part 172, Subpart H. The course is designed to provide students a clearer understanding of the 49CFR manual and how to apply the regulations.
